COURIERS AND FORWARDERS
The goods are entrusted to various transport companies which are not under the administrative and legal control of Spiezia Tires Srl The services provided by these companies are beyond the control of Spiezia Tires Srl and cannot be held liable for material damage. or people caused by the aforementioned transport companies. Spiezia Tires Srl undertakes, however, to attempt to resolve any type of problem which may arise during the journey and the delivery of the goods purchased by the Customer, by making the link between the transport company and the Customer. Once the order is received and the customer wants to know where the shipment is, he must make the request via the contact form, and we will respond quickly with the position of the package.

TRANSPORT INSURANCE
The tires ordered are covered by insurance during transport. If the tires on arrival are damaged by transport, the customer must accept the package “with reservation” or refuse it, in order to be able to use the insurance. If the package arrives damaged and if it is accepted without reservation or if it is not refused, Spiezia Tires Srl cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transport to the materials included in the shipment.
